健康又好吃的三文鱼
农历新年过了,很努力地想把身上多余的脂肪甩掉。再加上柠檬的胆固醇远远超标!所以我们决定节食,开始好好对待身体。听了医生的劝告和在网上收集了很多资料,就开始购买健康的食物,低糖,低盐,低脂肪。
周末,柠檬就弄了个三文鱼排。一级棒!
三文鱼排300克
大葱1颗
笋15支
马铃薯1颗
白菇3颗
小番茄8颗
小萝卜8颗
小火用橄榄油将三文鱼排煎至熟,再将马铃薯和小萝卜煎熟,最后在把其余的材料用大火炒熟即可。其间可洒一些黑胡椒粉调料。
锵锵锵锵。。。
很好吃!
