Tomato based spaghetti sauce



In order to simplified my preparation, i used to cook spagethi sauce with the ready product. well, we have to eat healthy now! so, i am preparing the sauce by my self.
Here go the recipe.

1 can of crushed tomato 400g
4 cloves garlic.chopped.
1/8 red pepper. chopped.
2 spoon of olive oil.
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 lemon

Fry the olive oil with garlic and red pepper at low heat for 5 minute. mix the crushed tomato before the garlic turns brown. simmer for 10 min. add in salt.
Add in the lemon while store in a bowl.

To serve with spaghetti!
I serve with whole wheat spagethi, fresh tomato, carrot and mushroom.
Of coz not forget to add the dry basil!

It's simple and healthy!
