Air fried 'char siu' 无油空气炸叉烧


Air fried 'char-siu'

Ingredient:

1. Chicken thigh 400gram
2. Lee Kum Kee char siu sauce 4tbsp
3. Oyster sauce 2tbsp
4. Light soy sauce 1tbsp
5. Dark soy sauce 1tbsp
6. Pepper a few dashes
7. Sesame oil 1tsp
8. rice wine 1tbsp
9. Brown sugar 2tbsp

Steps:
1. Clean and slice the chicken thigh in pieces
2. Marinate the chicken thigh with all the ingredients, keep in the refrigerator overnight
3. Line aluminium foil under the airfryer basket
4. Preheat the air fryer 200deg C for 5min
5. Put the chicken thigh in the basket,spray some olive oil and fry in 200deg C for 10min
6. Keep watching, turn and glaze the chicken with the left over sauce
7. Turn to 160deg C for 15min
8. Done!
