Air fry salmon 无油空气炸三文鱼

Air fried salmon 



Ingredient
1. One piece of salmon fillet
2. Butter 1tsp
3. Light soy sauce 1tsp
4. Pepper 1 dash
5. Oyster sauce 1tsp
6. Lemon juice 1tsp

Step
1. Cut the salmon into pieces (1cm thick each)
2. Marinate with all the ingredients for a few hour in refrigerator.
3. Lay the salmon on baking paper in the basket
4. Air fry at 160deg C for 10 min
5. Turn it over after 5min
6. Air fry at 180 deg C for another 5min so that it's more crispy.
7. Done
