PADTHAI

Ray stayed in ChiangMai for almost 2 years. So, he missed Thai food sometimes. So am I. Bought some rice noodles and decided to cook him some Thai noodles.

Ingredient A
- 1 pack rice noodle – serve for 2
- ½ cup meat – chicken or pork
- 4 big shrimps
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup soya bean curd
- ½ cup cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon blended dried red chili
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoon fish sauce (or oyster sauce)
- 4 table spoon vinegar
- ½ cup bean sprouts
- 1 lime (or lemon)
- ¼ cup sliced carrot
- ¼ cup sliced cabbage
- 2 tablespoon 80% crashed roasted peanut
- Spring onion

Step 1 : Boil the rice noodle till soft
Step 2 : Fried chopped garlic + onion with heated cooking oil
Step 3 : add in chicken + shrimp + soya beancurd
Step 4 : fried scramble egg + carrot + cabbage
Step 5 : add in sugar, sauces, vinegar and chili
Step 6 : put in the noodle + spring onion
Step 7 : add the bean sprout + roasted peanut
Ready !

p/s : its nicer to add the lime juice + dried chili!!
